Refunds

The guarantee

If DataEngUtils is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to justify it.

How to request one

• Email license@dataengutils.com from the address you used at checkout, or use the link in your receipt.
• Include the email used at checkout and, if you have it, the order or licence key.
• Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, back to the original payment method. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

The licence key is revoked, so paid tools stop working. Free tools keep working with no account. You can buy again later; the guarantee applies to the new purchase.

Consumer rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under local consumer law, including statutory cooling-off periods where they apply.
